MVR State Form Information
In order to run Motor Vehicle Reports in the state of Pennsylvania, a candidate will need to sign a release form. However, the state of Pennsylvania has provided a way to speed up the process by allowing our clients to sign an affidavit that indicates all of the Motor Vehicle Reports being run are for a legitimate business purpose. If you anticipate a large number of MVRs in the state of Pennsylvania, Certn recommends that you provide the affidavit as this will allow for quicker turnaround times.
In order to run Motor Vehicle Reports in the state of Utah, your organization needs to be registered with the state. Please review the attached instructions, create your Utah Organization ID or to add Certn to your approved vendor list. Please note, that you will need to provide Certn with your VendorID to successfully run Motor Vehicle Reports in Utah.
